Learn audio engineering: I also work at "Medusa Recording Institute." I teach the craft of audio engineering . The curriculum is intense and fast paced and the school covers everything from Principals of sound ,Pro-tools, mixing, mastering and how to build your own professional studio.
Tracking: This is the recording of a performance. It can be recording a band playing live, or doing overdubs and layering tracks, or recording vocals to a song or beat.
Mixing: This is the art of making things sound amazing. Applying EQ, Effects, Compression, Panning, and setting levels. I can mix down projects that have been recorded elsewhere also.
Pre-production: This is one of the most important steps in the quest for getting a great recording. I can work with an artist or band, listen to your songs and make positive suggestions to help you sound your best.Good pre-production will save you time and frustration in the studio and assure that you get a great sounding recording. I am equally at ease working as a producer or I can just handle the recording/engineering aspects of your project.
Song and beat creation: I can make beats for rap music or full songs for rock and any other style music. "Medusa Audio Tampering" has many fine session players that can also bring your music to life.
Mastering: Mastering is the final step in getting your music to sound as good as possible. Mastering is the art of placing your tracks in order, setting levels, and getting that last 5% of sparkle out of your recording.I can master projects that were recorded elsewhere also.
